I must have watched this video at least 10 times. Rewinding it constantly. (just trying to keep up while putting the album together) Because even though I have the written instructions as well because it came with my kit . I modified it by adding fold outs on the first, third, fifth hinge, I'll still keeping to the instructions. I did this so that I could have more photo placement and journaling space. . Fantastic video thanks so much for sharing and for the inspiration

Gorgeous album both with and without the extra embellishments. I had not seen this style of hinge before. Has anyone on here used this style before? I'm wondering sturdy it is; especially compared to the single sheet of paper being scored into valley and mountain method. I like the top load pockets, using a scrap piece to close off the bottom is a great idea. TFS

It's called stack the deck, I've used it many times on small projects where the pages aren't going to be heavy and they have lasted. ❤

They are both beautiful, but since I don't like fussy cutting (makes me nervous, but that's just me), that means I'd choose the plain one. I had to laugh when I saw you were about to put in that one page backwards, cause I was saying No, Charee the other way. But you caught it just in time. Love this paper collection, I'd even be happy with the scraps. Just wanted to say thanks for always giving the option to use what you have. Definitely more beautiful with your paper collections, but..... Anyway, I hope you and your family are safe and doing well. Take care and God bless you and yours. Sincerely Becky B from Arkansas

This was a fun project. I found that after paper was place over magnet it wasn’t strong enough to keep album closed. Going to come up with something else.

So I wasn’t the only one with this issue! I used black ribbon and did a tie on the front left side over the border before I decorated the front. Didn’t use the roses but added more butterflies to both sides.

Wonderful album ♥️ and it is very easy to follow the tutorial. However, can you please substitute anther 4 letter word for Nice? It is a bit overused and overdone. Yes, it is all very nice. Thank you for considering.

Do you have any tips for getting the inside paper to not bubble up and pucker once the album is closed? Mine looks terrible, so I'm going to try doing it again. Thanks.

Hello Margaret, sorry to hear that the inside paper is bubbling up! If you are using a liquid adhesive it sounds like it would be helpful to use a bonefolder to help spread the adhesive once you have laid the paper down. Hope this helps, please let us know if you have questions. Happy Paper Crafting!

Also I replaced the magnet in the kit with 4 I had in my stash. I though the store had shorted me a magnet instead of the manufacturer. Mistakes happen so no worries. ( I am a mistake specialist.)

The written instructions that come with the kit are not as good as the video. For example I put the three top opening pocket pages as the first 3 pages of the album. It was not clear to skip hinges when putting them in the album. Also pleas provide the craft card weight. Alternatively use Tyvek to join the chipboard cover sections.
