SH: "So when you say that I am the president of Iraq this doesn't mean that I adhere to the occupation but to confirm to the Iraqi people that I respect their will as they elected me and secondly you summoned me to present charges against me."
Judge: "To inform you of the crimes."
SH: "You see you called them crimes."
Judge: "Please. The charges will come when we finish the investigation. The judge decides whether there is evidence, the accused referred to the court."
SH: "I'd like to understand the legal side in this. Any accused who appears before the court, there should be an investigation beforehand."
Judge: "This is not a trial. It is an investigation."
SH: "It is an investigation. So we should put in our mind that the judge will prosecute in the name of the people. I pay no heed, whether you judge me or not. This is something not important for me. It is important for you as a judge. So don't mention a term called occupation forces, a matter that was rejected by your people and disgraceful."

قروي جيئَ به ليحكم بلد . فخرج كل شيء عن سيطرتهِ . ومات كالصوابيء منزوع الرقبه بالحبل أي هلكَ وكانت عليه سوء العاقبة . ومن المثير للاهتمام ان النبي المسمى ابراهيم الخليل مات حرقاً وكان من الهالكين بدليل ان ابراهيم الخليل لم يجدوا له قبراً لان جسده تفحم ! . لقد كان من يدعي موت النبي ابراهيم حرقاً يتعرض للقتل ؟! والسؤال لماذا ؟! فلماذا تم قتل معارضي النبي محمد (ص) الذين عارضوه في موت النبي ابراهيم الخليل ؟! . ومن ذا الذي يتحداني ويثبت وجود قبر لابراهيم الخليل . ويعتبر ابراهيم الخليل شيخ الموحدين الذين تجرؤا على المجتمع الوثني لتغيير مواصفات التعبد وكان مصيره الهلاك حرقاً بتوجيه ملك يسمى (نامروود) ويعتقد بأنَّ نامروود كردي ايزدي كان يقدس نار الشيطان ! . ولذا اراد الارهابيين ابادة الايزدية في الموصل بإعتبارهم احفاد النامروود . وإني أعتقد ان صغار الارهابيين لايعلمون سر استهداف الايزديين المساكين لكن خبراء الارهاب يعلمون الادبيات الحقيقية لهذا الاستهداف . ان المشكلة في ادبيات الارهابيين التي بحاجة الى متابعة وتحليل من قبل اجهزة المخابرات . فلم يتم اثبات ان النمروود كردي ايزدي لحد الان على المستوى التاريخي والآثاري . وراقبوا كل من ينظر على شخصية النامروود ! . وعموماً وجدت أنا أنَّ هذه الملاحظة مهمة فكتبتها للناس الذين لديهم حب الاستطلاع ليطلعوا على هذه الواضيع التي تسببت بقتل الناس الابرياء . شكراً للمتابعة ....

did you know that the case he was executed for .. was the Dujail case : in the time of war with Iran some people in Dujail village tried to kill him .. they were member of a party that had assossiation with Iran .. he ordered an investigation ,there were arrests , trials and executions .. and some of their lands were confiscated but were given a good compensation for it .. even after few years they appealed to him to return those lands and he did give them back their lands . the problem with this case that everything he did was legal .. so they tried to say that those people who were excuted were innocents .. some witnesses came forwared (from the families of those people) claiming their relatives were innocent .. now did you know that some of those witnesses that swore in court to tell the truth and they claimed innocence for their brothers ,now appeared in a tv channel proudly saying that their brothers were from the assassination unit that targeted Saddam .. they lied in court most of the accusations against Saddam were lies .
