As a college student, holidays also mean finals, so I’m soaking up all the positive vibes I can get, wherever I can get them! This last week, I flew home and FINALLY got to see my family after several months! Rylan gets excited anytime I come home… though she won’t say it out loud.😉 She always volunteers to pick me up at the airport, even though I fly in at 1am every time. That ought to tell you how much we enjoy each other, right?
In our family, it seems Rylan and I always get stuck wrapping all the presents for the entire family. It was because our parents offered to pay any kid for each present that we wrapped, so Rylan and I were always the first to volunteer and wrapped the fastest, since we liked earning/saving money. So we decided to get a head start on it all this year! Plus, I got Rylan a SPECIAL GIFT this year that I wanted to keep a secret (she won’t watch this vid haha trust me), so the earlier we get it wrapped, the better! When Rylan stepped out, I show you her special gift!

A fun tradition we do, is open presents at MIDNIGHT! And we end up staying up until 4AM and just opening presents and playing games and eating food! I’ve only once woke up early to open presents.that may seem sad, but my mom did it when she was a kid, and it is always so fun!

I can relate to Rylan’s story : this year my husband and I got my younger sister a pack of leggings with pockets but we wrapped every single one individual and not in the same way. We put one in a big box , they other is wrapped like a tootsie roll and yeah just all different. Love watching your videos

This year on thanksgiving my sister was baking pumpkin cookies, and then we saw a spark in the oven. We thought it was nothing, but when my mom went to put the pumpkin pie in the oven, she noticed the spark had burned the heating bar in half, and we ended up having to get a new oven the day before thanksgiving. 😂 And the funny thing is, is that one year when my dad was a kid, his mom was making pumpkin cookies too, and the same thing happened! THE FORBIDDEN PUMPKIN COOKIES!!! (Oh and the next day our vacuum cleaner broke.:/

I can relate to the lady in the bathroom stall. I was at a gas station once and I was in the big handicap stall and this little girl went under the stall thinking I was her mom and then just stared at me sitting there. Then I frantically was like oh my gosh please get out and so she opened the stall door and ran out. Leaving me sitting there out of reach of the stall door very vulnerable 😂😐
