But despite it being different we are trying to make it special for our kids who are old enough to get excited about Christmas now! My oldest one is 12 and she wants to help put dinner together and make cookies with me which I’m so happy about! Am very excited for Christmas this year as it’s my baby’s first Christmas he is 5 months old. I brought curtains for the entire house, a white Christmas tree(fyi we put up the Christmas tree back in November😆) but I have brought a small red Christmas tree for me and my son to decorate. I even got some pictures printed of him and am going to get his room wall done with them it’s a DIY am trying. Plus I went through my baby pics with him and the expression on his face was priceless so I got some family pics printed and getting them framed for the living area. My excitement as no bounds this year😁. I love your videos ❤️

For Christmas we have family coming in from Virginia and we are going to take them out and about! Go see some Christmas lights, stay in a hotel and swim at pool, shop, eat, bake, all the things! Last year Ontario went into lockdown right before the Christmas season, so we weren’t able to spend it with my family at all. Yes, this will be such a different Christmas 🎄 We lost my 2 month old grandson last month, so this will be a different type of Christmas for my daughter and I. I’ll be working up till Christmas Eve and then having dinner that night with family. On Christmas Eve my kids get to pick one present to open after dinner, just like I did when I was a kid.
