Nice video, be very interesting to see who would want to buy WRC if it really does come up for sale and what direction they would want to go. I also have an extremely similar wheel for my rig and it feels great! Keep up the great work!

Thanks Rhys! I wonder if some kind of private equity group will put up the money, with some kind of sporting promotion business created containing a few experienced people. It's not impossible that Liberty Media could buy it, or maybe even the Saudi Public Investment Fund. Honestly, whoever it is, I just hope we see a bit more creativity than we saw from the current owners. They've done some good things but, overall, I they've been a disappointment in my view. I've got the wheel up and running now and I really like it! Video coming later today hopefully!

I've been looking forward to this..... I think back in the autumn of 2012 when they were given the WRC rights for 2013 onwards, we were all excited to see what Red Bull could do for the WRC. They'd done marvellous things elsewhere, and had been very creative in their marketing, filming of events. I think we expected a revolution. We didn't get it; it didn't seem much different to the ISC/North One era - and I still wonder just how much influence Red Bull actually had, as it's all been very safe/ conservative. WRC All Live has been somewhat a success, even with problems - but they've never addressed the lack of 'free to air' coverage. Wanting Euro 550M is a bit optimistic I think; I can't believe it's worth anything like that.

I think there's another Sport the PIF can buy 😂 But in all honesty it's very possible that the PIF might acquire the WRC they wanted F1 but the WRC is another good choice

Something like formula 1 needs to happen in the wrc move with the times. I think it will take a while to sell if it does hopefully to America not Saudi's... I would like to see a push in the American market.. in my opinion it transformed f1 from just a boring race to multiple little videos on everything you can watch from technical side showing new aero/parts and people behind the wheel built up like characters.. you may just watch one but its interesting.. Wrc looks soleless in comparison. Look at the over hyped drama in the f1 netflix series and the amount of new people that brought in just around a racetrack 🙈 I'm sure wrc could do better... Before that though do you need to sort out the rules everyone to Rally2 cars fresh start like group A.
