I was playing on death loop, and about 10 laps in, I went into the loop next to an extremely damaged car. It turn out that neither of us had the speed and I absolutely crushed the poor guy.

Its a mod on PC called "The Very Track Pack" currently the boosters are disabled when the big update happened. The person who does the mod is working when he can to get the track back up.

Super used to be on the track pack but it got taken down after the console release update due to it not boosting you like it shows in the video above.
