It rather looks like a Shure Beta 57A mic she's lip-syncing the song to, but it's missing the blue rubber ring on the grill. Maybe it's been used so much that the rubber has come off. I own the same mic, and it's really excellent for vocals, as it brightens and strengthens your voice. She also uses a Shure SM57 mic on some other videos. If she had performed live for the videos, the mics would have needed windscreens, or else the plosives (the B, P and T sounds move the air and cause a pop in the sound) would have been prominent. But a windscreen doesn't look attractive, so you wouldn't use it on a lip-synced video.
