For anyone to think the issue with crime in Memphis is linked to who is the Police Chief is needs to look in the mirror and be honest. The problem is black folks are unwilling to hold black folks accountable. That’s the issue and every honest person knows it. Also, removing the DA should be stop one because the DA and those so called activists are more of a problem than who the PC is.

All these folks on hear talking about how she need to go may have never did anything in the City or their Community for change.She is only one person that does her best and i can speak on her and this because my baby is 12 now started her own Nonprofit Organization at nine.And has feed 140,000 in 3 years supporting Mothers of Gunn Violence and MPD has been fully involved with my baby.So the issue is not eith her it is with whomever is complaining ahe is not a babysitter for your issues you want change that is your job to change it.

You could appoint Jesus as Chief and it won't make a dent in crime in Memphis! Accountability is a two way street yes demand police accountability but how about demanding those carjacking and robbing and terrorizing in the city cease and desist! Too many people that know who is committing these crimes go deaf and blind to providing information because of street code. Street code is fine until you become a victim and then you want someone to be brought to justice! You demand accountability from the system fine but demand it from your community as well which means taking a stand against those destroying it rather than building it up!
