Everyone doesn’t like Suriano because of how physical he is. That’s why he’s the best. Great mindset.

Diakomihalis is better than suriano he wasn't that impressive in this and he should be #3 in the country not #2

You are entitled to your opinion. Young Nick remains one of the best in the nation.
@TLuke-sb7ns9 жыл бұрын
naturalpro2003 I don't feel like Suriano would beat Diakomihalis. Diakomihalis wrestles the top competition and that's only going to get him better. The only reason why Suriano is ahead of Yianni is due to the simple fact that suriano's last lost was to Spencer lee, nearly 2 years ago.

TLuke1234 Perhaps Ty is better competition than you're giving credit?
@naturalpro20039 жыл бұрын
TLuke1234 We would never know unless they did wrestle. You cannot 'assume' wrestler A would beat wrestler B. Suriano has wrestled top competition, too.
@TLuke-sb7ns9 жыл бұрын
naturalpro2003 I guess what Im trying to say is that Suriano didn't wrestle in as many meaningful events as Yianni did this past season

I went 120 this year and it was hard because it’s my first year and I’m a sophomore in high school.

First years always kinda hard especially when you just start off compared to a lot of people who already have more experience in sport and/or coming from a family full of wrestlers. Either decide to bulk up or cut weight though either’s fine but would recommend working on technique more than strength. You’ll see that although strength is good to have if you’re going solely on one or the other to make up for lost time technique would probably get you farther. If you have muscle but don’t know how to use it all you’re gonna do is get your ass whooped but if you’re decently strong but your technique is on par with people of a higher level you’ll see yourself improve a lot. Taken from experience since I started my freshmen year and this year was my last. Btw I wrestled 113s, 120s, 126s, and 132s, but I always seemed to drop back to 120s good weight class. Anyhoo Goodluck I’m keeping up with sport man you can do it just lots of hard work and would recommend dieting instead of just dropping 7 the day before way-ins or trying to drop like 10 over the span of a couple days that shit sucks compared to just trying to drop 2 pounds each day maybe 3 at most. If ya want some tips just lmk and I’ll tell ya what I did as far as technique went, mindset, extra workout routine for endurance and strength, and diet meal plan during season
