🔴Take a kick from your opponent.
🔵Knee jump into Clothesline drill.
🔴Opponent ducks two lines.
🔵Big Boot straight into Set/Go's.
🔴Fighting position to finish.
🔵Rinse and repeat.
🤓 Remember to Warm-up and Cooldown properly & stretch afterwards.
