The Usos need to drop one of the Tag Titles and Roman should then send out Sami & Solo as a team to go and retrieve them. That way everybody has a title. Also, I do think this storyline should lead to Sami Zayn being the one to defeat Roman Reigns at WrestleMania. They should do a match where both titles are on the line, first pin fall let it be for the Universal Championship, let Roman retain this title because this is the title he's got that crazy long streak with.. But then the second fall let it be for the WWE Championship and then let Sami Zayn get his WrestleMania moment by defeating Roman cleanly. This to me makes perfect sense. It'll be a huge feel good moment for wrestling seeing Sami finally being crowned WWE Champion.
