Jesus did not sin, and he was baptized to give us an example to follow. Water baptism doesn't mean you will go to heaven. It's simply an outward expression of an inward change. Remember the Bible teaches us that he knew mo sin. The Bible teaches he was a perfect sacrifice...without spot or wrinkle. The Gospel never said Jesus sinned. Come on preacher.... 🤔

Baptism isn't an outward expression of a inward change. Peter said that it was "for" the remission(forgiveness) of your sins. Acts 2:38. Jesus said he that believeth and is baptize shall be saved. If you believe you will be baptized. Peter also wrote in his book 1peter 3:21 says that baptism does now also saves us. Baptism is our response to the gospel.

@jamarmcrae8003 1 peter 3:21 also said (not the removal of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God). This means the flesh will still have worldly desires and want to do worldly filth, but look at that word (conscience) it's talking about the inward part of a man's mind which brings about knowledge of good and evil right from wrong. By the power of the Holy Spirit and our belief in God and his words with faith by actions, we say no to the flesh by turning away from evil/desires of the flesh and yes to the inward Spirit(Holy Spirit) and do what's good in God sight and that's believing and living by his word with faith by actions. I can explain more but it would be a book
