They won the premier league when starting that season at odds of 5000/1. It was literally never considered possible, a ‘miracle’ (water into wine) even. Ranieri was sacked not long afterwards ‘taking shots from the spot’ this is reference to taking a shot from the penalty spot. ‘nobody ran to his defence’ meaning he was penalised. Aubergine = Eggplant - used a lot in Jamaican cuisine. Wretch is saying he's going to take it to the top till he is eating with the rich and famous. "I'm in my element.
