Great idea- glad to see AFGC back up Luke Naylor on this project. When Arkansas voters passed dedicated funding for hunting/fishing/conservation a few years back, they showed like the other 4 states that did such (Missouri, Minnesota, Iowa, and Florida) the future of these states supporting hunters and fisherman will be a serious venture.
