That article Wright wrote on Caitlin was one of the best sports articles I’ve ever read. I’m an Iowa and Caitlin fan, and it had several stories I’ve never heard. I hope he writes her biography someday and maybe even the movie screenplay.

You are the kind of guy who didn’t like Pete. When Clark walks out on the court she is the best player on the floor. The offense revolves around her, as it should. Her team is 29-4. She’s not “chucking.” She averages 20 shots per game, 32 points, 7 rebounds, 9 assists, 3-pt FG 38%, FG % 46, effective FG % 57. She is extremely athletic, great passer, good rebounder, total team player, very fast and generally unstoppable. The haters don’t understand the game. Anybody who does will pay to see her play.

Caitlin is a role model anyone can support. How to carry yourself, treat others, go about your business and staying humble and respectful. With other players trying to be disrespectful on the court, trying to get under her skin she just got in line and congratulated the other team. She isn't a "me" player.
