After my TFCC injury. My wrist is not flexible anymore. Is there a way to reset these bones?

Yes! You can start with gentle range of motion exercises and gradually build your way back up and simultaneously work on the strength of the muscles around the wrist joint. It might not reset your wrist but definitely improve your current state.
