Are you twisting the fingers of the locked arm or are you just putting him into a wrist lock? Also are you bring your arms closer to your chest or are you walking forward to bring your arms closer to you to perform the lock? It’s kinda of hard to tell exactly what your doing at this camera angle. It might help if you showed it from the other side to get a better picture.

To answer your questions no we are not twisting the fingers of the light arm, it’s just a race lock. Yes you step forward almost always because that is The best way we found in real life altercations to stop people from escaping or responding in ways they can inhibit our subjugation of the aggressor. Yes we do have better descriptions better Camera angles available in the membership level to please consider joining. The level three is even better but it gives us a chance to reach directly to our supporters like yourself to make sure you’re getting actual interactive training.
