Awesome vvideo. Any advice for new dads. How they continued training after there wife gave before. Or even prior to giving birth. What they did to stay in the game? Did they switch to a school with morning classes or just a weekend class? How to progress with minimal time due to the addition of a newborn baby? How they kept cardio up too or what individuals you know have done to stay okay so once schedule is better they have an easier transition back to class?

Yes let your wife take care of the baby. haha. This co parenting is for the birds. The man should be hunting and training. Just joking sort of. Actually a few guys in my gym bring their babies when the wife can't watch. It's just a couple of hours a day 2-3 days a week. The morning my father died I went to open mat. Going to class keeps cardio up. Either way you would have to spend time. 5-7 hours of cardio a week should be the norm. I must disclaim this with saying I have no children. I always dedicated to training not women. That being said when I look back I feel it was a mistake. Sorry if I'm all over the place. Maybe one of the subscribers with children can give you a more informed answer.

Fits right into my game. I watched it many times. ha. I would love it if you dwelled on the topic and explained a few other options in 1 video. You break it down and explain it very well. :)
