My doctors are really terrible I have had wrist pain for over 7 months tried everything I am now on the waiting list to see a rheumatologist but is that the right route to go if it is tendonitits I have posted on Reddit and people are saying a Rheumatologist can’t help if it’s not got inflammation, what direction should I go if I need MRIs and surgerys Who specialise in this sounds like you are against surgery but I’d rather get it and see what happens than continue to be In pain the rest of my life seems like a lot of these doctors/surgeons are stealing a wage as everytime I go they can’t tell me anything that I don’t already know

Standard of Care looks like; see doctor, try what doctor says (usually including rest, anti-inflammatories, physical therapy), then see doctor again when that doesn't help, then be sent to rheumatologist because 'it must be bad if rest etc didn't work'. But a rheumatologist has nothing for tendonitis. They're more auto-immune issues inflammation than 'stub your toe' inflammation. Easy money for them, being the approved recipient of countless patients they can't help but get sent to them anyway. There's no good reason for surgery for wrist tendonitis because there's nothing 'broken' for surgery to 'fix'. " but I’d rather get it and see what happens than continue to be In pain the rest of my life." Well, 'what happens' could be significantly more pain/problem and lasting structural damage. WHY would surgery even begin to work? What exactly would you be getting surgery on? There's a mythology around surgery, that it's a magical fix to any pain, with no downsides. But the number of people who get surgery for something surgery can't fix, and end up with worse and/or life long pain, wishing they'd never gotten the surgery, is.....large. In the past, doctors would prescribe leeches to drain the 'bad blood' that was responsible for your wrist pain (doctors said). Nowadays, you'd scoff at a doctor that told you that and walk out the room. But now, doctors say 'well, surgery is the next step'. If you are going to consider surgery, ask your doctor these questions: www.tendonitisexpert.com/Quiz-Your-Doctor.html

I've never thought about it as tendonitis before. But I have muscle tightness in all four limbs as well as pain to lots of pain in my hands and forearm and occasionally bicep. In one of your replies you mentioned multiple point tendonitis would point to a nutritional issue. And that makes sense What kind of nutritional issue and do you have any other advice?

The body requires enough of the right stuff. Different parts/systems require enough nutrition specific to their needs, to operate properly. Tendonitis all over points to not enough magnesium (for instance) because muscles require that to stop firing/relax. I don't really do advice....tips and tricks just aren't going to cut it. I advise a complete plan of attack. www.TendonitisExpert.com/reversing-wrist-tendonitis Deals with the entire forearm/hand/wrist. I'd do that, and see how taking enough of the right nutrition (while working on one area of symptoms) affects the other areas.

I'm not a fan of surgery. For example, what exactly are they going to cut on that is going to fix anything? What exactly is the cause of the problem, and how is a sharp blade going to fix it? Here's questions for that doctor. www.tendonitisexpert.com/Quiz-Your-Doctor.html

Hi Josh. Great videos and site. Just bought your plantar fasciitis program. I also have bad wrist and hand pain ...doc says I have some carpal tunnel and an ulna that’s is too long and wants to do an osteotomy. WTF! I’m thinking there has to be a better way to fix this, as I don’t want to loose any dexterity being an artist.... what do you make of this? Thanks for any advice.

Osteotomy for a 'too long ulna' lol wtf is that doctor thinking??? That's crazy. Tendonitis symptoms in multiple locations points to nutritional lack (as a major component of the dynamic). Focus on the feet/lower legs, and see what happens with the arms/wrist/hands. You may or may have to do the Specific Massage on the forearms, we'll see. But in general, pick one 'problem' and focus on it for a while and then reassess.
