In this video about my Darjeeling trip 2024, I will share my experience of travelling to Kalimpong from Darjeeling and covering places of tourist interest Like Takdah forest, Lamahatta eco-park, Tinchuley, Lover's meet viewpoint and much more.
We also stayed in one of the best mountain-facing properties in Deolo Kalimpong, called 'Summit Sherpa Mountain Inn' and I have shared my review of the same.
I have also shown the experience of my visit to an adjacent property called 'Deolo Highs' and have shared a room tour of the same.

Writam I have stayed in almost all places like Ramdhura, Lamahata, Tinchuley, Kalimpong, Dowhills, Kurseong, Ghoom etc. It's wonderful. But Darjeeling is something else. Despite everything. My personal opinion. And my favourite stays in the hills would be Meclodgunj, Dharmshala Sonemarg, and Pahelgaon

Wonderful view. Rooms in Deolo Heights are really better than Summit Sherpa. Thanks for sharing the details of Delo property. I would like to recommend you Windsongs Homestay in 8th mile, Kalimpong, about 2 -3 kms from main town. Although it is called a homestay, it is like a resort. U may try it someday. Recently I spent two nights there on a solo trip.

Mid January' 24 e 13n nd 14 days er jonyo aamra Darjeeling nd kalimpong e kathiyechi. Luckily darun sunny days peyechilam. Tukvar tea estate, Risheehat Farmstay, kalimpong nd of course Darjeeling stay korechilam. Tukvar nd Risheehat e 7/8 nights chilam. Eto valo kanchenjunga never seen in my life. Thanks to God. Tukvar tea estate e our stay was darun. Homestay ta ekta darun property nd we found very impeccably maintained. Owner retired armed personnel nd very disciplined person. Saab kichu khub organized chilo. Very memorable stay chilo amader. Also Risheehat Farmstay khub valo chilo. Khub enjoy korechilam amader stay. Abar jabo surely. All the best

Just now returned from a Sikkim trip. If you really need a peace from the daily life and from the crowd I would must say visit to Padamchen, Aritar, Rishikhola small village in east Sikkim, surrounded by full of mountains.

Summit er sob property guloi darun. We stayed at Summit Barsana in Kalimpong. Great rooms with Kanchenjonga view from every room. We visited in November last year with clear sky everyday and weather was very cold. They provided room heaters at no extra cost which made the nights very cosy. The hotel has a viewing lawn with relaxing sofas One word- awesome

Writam 👍 u r really doing a good job in travel vlogging compared to other Bengali vloggers.. u r beautifully sharing the facts and details about stay & car rentals ,and ur USP is sharing of minute details,some times it gets bit over like the electric grill is not working in frankross cafe😁... But u r far better compared to some so called famous quite elder than you travel vloggers whose way of eating in front of camera is really pathetic to see, while vlogging any meal consuming the minimum eating etiquettes should be observed.. you must keep doing your good work as itis appreciable content coz u r one of the few Bengali vloggers whose way of vlogging is setting a standard way up than some famous much elder than you travel vloggers...👍

আপনি যে cafeteria গুলির কথা বললেন দুর্ভাগ্যবশত আমাদের গাড়ির চালকরা কিছুতেই সেসব জায়গায় থামতে চান না। ওনারা ওনাদের পছন্দ মতো জায়গাতেই থামেন যেখানে washroom নামক জায়গাটি একেবারেই ব্যবহারযোগ্য নয়। সম্ভবতঃ আপনারা youtuber বলে এই সুবিধা গুলি পেয়ে থাকেন।

Darjeeling tour is becoming over-priced 7k for a room in a normal hotel ridiculously expensive comparing to north Indian hill stations
