Loud music nuisance . Those who do not use Cathinone, Cannabis, Marijuana, Cockaine, Ketamine etc find it too bad. Headache. Why not seize the loud music equipments and get the wrong doers by paying fine to treatment of persons who lost their health by loud music? We came to know the LOUD MUSIC miscreant had planned to do harm. It need to punished. Who allowed to loud music to harm good persons, elders, healthy- why not seize the loud music equipments for making nuisance in the residential place?

Loud music is a nuisance. It affects good persons. No drug or alcohol users find it difficult by the worst person who use loud music in the public. Especially, in the residential places , it affects elders, those who study, read and spoils health, also those who have good health. Blood pressure and other health related issues created because of loud music. Why not the person who uses loud music tools be seized and punished ? Why not good and healthy persons claim compensation (money) for affecting their health because of loud music?

It's very helpful but some spelling mistakes as coloumn (column )and people is a plural form , you need not to write peoples.
