@@zakirvnr6011 Lol Dev must focus on their task. They will not do QA, DevOps, Cloud, Management tasks an all-everything. Their productivity will go down. QA is always a separate team.

@@queenstownswords Not here mate, but some countries which are too much reliant on outsourcing their jobs, fortunately NZ is not the country which outsources their job

Or it will be similar to higher-level programming languages like JS or Python, which will only fuel the availability for more industries and, in the longer run, only help adopt our-age tech in more places. I am definitely along with AI models assisting the IT to industry broaden the demand for programmers and QA positions in 3 to 5 years ^^ From what I can understand in the industry, things will change, and we need to adapt; the demand won't be lower in the long run.

Do you humans have solved all the problems? All the milestones have been achieved. Do we have limited number of work and ChatGPT is going to do those work? And hence, less humans are required going forward? Only 12% of Indian population uses computer. It will increase in future. More businesses will come. We will need to make more applications. Need more testing. We will have to release our product with new feature every week. We need AI tool and humans both to finish entire testing in 2-3 hours. We cannot afford writing codes for weeks and weeks just for a new feature. Example: ChatGPT is going to reduce number to users needed to finish a task by half. But Number of tasks are going to increase by 5 times. All you need is - upskill yourself to be eligible to be the part of the task.
