I had read the when I was working in the department of philosophy in the University of Calicut more than a decade ago. I am very much impressed by the way you have introduced the girl to scientific thinking and scientific temper. I recommend the book a must read every child of our contemporary world , especially under the present situation of pandemic.

Jostein Gaarder tells something about his early childhood about being a philosophical minded abnormal child, liking more to watch and analyze than taking part in the usual games, but being lucky in that state. But later he changed to get more standard. I too had it like that at that early age, but I have never found it worth to change whatsoever. As a grown-up this man invite others, children and adults, to get with him in his games. But sorry, I am not one of his fans. He has become an utterly political correct person, pretending to be the opposite. And his works as an author are intriguing to some extent, not by the messages they carry, but only through their form and style. By the way, I am Norwegian too, like him, but far from that Norwegian in mind and attitude.
