Finding little pockets of time to write in a busy life is honestly the mood- I feel like I'm only doing little bits of work at a time when I write on the bus or on break at work or waiting for a class to start, but I think it all starts to add up over time! Part of me feels bad for not being able to write thousands of words or even a continuous coherent draft, but the other part of me knows this is the way it's going to get done- even little bits at a time!

(Adi!! That's my name!! My nickname, but still!!) It's a work in progress for me balancing everything. Full time job. Studying for the GRE. Homework for this class I'm taking. Working out. Writing. It's all a long process of trial and error to figure out what works best for you. And even then, it's a long process to build that discipline (not that you don't have it, but moreso in general for anyone to build). You're on the right track! You got this!

Nah, it wasn’t a fail you showed how you get writing done in between work and at work. I see the blog as a win/win as always. I’m obsessed with your scrivener themes. Question: how is it using scrivener on mobile? Do you ever have issues with syncing to the desktop scrivener version when you make edits? Tempted to try the mobile version instead of using pages and then copy from there on my phone to scrivener on desktop. One thing I’ve noticed from other author and writers tube when they aren’t sure how to get more writing in is writing in the morning time as soon as you wake or after doing a morning routine.

I really like Scrivener on the phone!! It syncs with Dropbox, and I haven’t really had any problems with it re: losing work or not syncing. I just make sure to sync whenever I’m done writing, so I can switch between. And I definitely want to try writing in the morning, I just don’t know how to fully fit it in on the days I work from office. Thanks for watching :)

Balancing life and writing is so hard especially as a student with a million and one things to do, but we'll get there in the end :) The Scrivener template looks so cute Abbie Emmons has the best videos and stuff on Scrivener.

Same hair?? An impostor! Jokes aside I absolutely relate, while I get one or two aspects of life in good order, some other part is always on hold or falling apart and vice versa. As soon as I add art to the schedule, I start neglecting something, like social life or chores! Balancing is hard.
