Just these videos of your songwriting process really inspire and help me to try and write my own lyrics. I always have trouble creating lyrics that flow but also have deep meaning (a.k.a not cheesy). Just a question, are you going to create a bridge with lyrics, or just instrumental (maybe a violin, or the piano have the melody?)
@Djdoggiemasc8 жыл бұрын
Fonzi M - An Anime Pianist putting the violin in the song would be great or the viola or cello for the slow parts of the song

It's a memory, if you close your eyes, you can forget the problems where you living. Then you are taken by the time, you fly through past. And you return in the time when everything was great, without problems (for me my childhood), with the person you love. you and I, we're really something. But now you aren't together anymore, and you regret the time when you grow apart. It is a comfort to go back in the time, when you were together and, you and I, we're really something

The part where you sing "So when I close my eyes. I go back in time". You do a slide down on the endings, but I think it would be cool if you go up on the second phrase (aka "time"). Creates more dynamics in my opinion.

I love the concept of sharing the lyrical-process with us!!!!!! Very private and intimate. Still, I am not a fan of those "clichée" songs, but that's what usually makes a song a hit ... I wish english was my mother tongue, cause there is so much potential in the english language for deep lyrics and not those "shallow chlichée-lines" that have been in songs over and over again. I HOPE YOU DON'T GET ME WRONG, I love your music and you are an exeptional example for a true musician :)

This has given me insight into the process of this, and it's inspired me to work on my music again. I've been feeling like nothing I create is good enough... I'm not good enough...I have no talent. Like all these other amazing talented people know how to swim, and I've been thrown into deep water but I don't know how to swim. But now that's going to change. I am good enough. I'm talented. So thank you, Tyler for showing me that. 🙂

Come back to me. ~ . - - Let me be your light. (.) - - - - . I will set you free . . . - - With my love to a broken heart. ^ ^ - ^ ^ - - .- I love how we used to be, - - - - . - - But then I let it all fade away." (. . .) - - . - - . . - ~. ~ = half note . = quarter note - = eighth note ^ = sixteenth note ( ) = rest Basically the singer and the other person were really good friends and the other person wanted to be a thing, but both failed to ask each other out and now the other person is in love while the singer is reminiscing and asking "what ifs." Gah. I love it Tyler. I love the lyrics and just watching you make this song and letting others help you out with this process. The lyrics are fully of honesty and something I think is very tangible--even though not everyone really has gone through the experience. It's very heartbreaking when you stop believing in love.Here are some lyrics that i think might fit: Now we're repeating hist'ry Saying you'd never leave me Now you've got me feeling You were right Love's not worth believing I guess I'm more thinking that since you used past tense in "we were something" it makes me think that the relationship failed because the girl was so afraid of love and then because the relationship lacked trust (on the girl's part) I feel like that caused the boy to be heartbroken and think that maybe the girl was right and now the cycle has repeated. Just my thoughts! I'm sure wherever you got with it, it will be great!

Much Love T!
