The sweater you knit turned out so good. What a sweet little cardigan. Pearl is just precious as always. 😍 I feel like the holidays are really close and I should do some baking but who am I kidding, I will eat it all so…I’m going to spend the next few days wrapping everything up instead. We have a fresh spruce tree up in our home and the smell is heavenly. It smells like the forest. I made a tartan hanbok vest, which is a free pattern, to wear over a black turtleneck and black leggings for Christmas. I made black bias binding to trim the edges and ties. It was a bit boxy so I put in bust darts and I am so pleased with it. I’m almost ready for the holidays 😊.

Sounds so lovely! I keep toying with the idea of making a vest this year but not sure I have time now. It does feel like the festive season always races by doesn’t it?

The mittens are so lovely. You are such a great knitter. I can only do the basics in knitting, more of a sewing person. I meant to say I love that blue sweater you made for Russell that you have claimed, I think it’s lovely. xxx

Yours is my favourite vlogmas I think……love the texture of the mittens, not cold enough here in NZ in winter for mittens though. Any ideas for knitted sweater patterns for someone just moving past the beginner stage?………also I’m now pondering I wonder if my minister would mind if I knit in church 🤔😂

Ah thank you! That’s so lovely to hear ❤️ Petite Knit has some great sweaters for beginner/advanced beginner! Her instructions are always very detailed too which I find helpful. Definitely ask your minister if you can knit at church 😂

Did you knit Pearls coats? She looks so cute 😍
@RachelBearn2 сағат бұрын
I did! Although it ended up much bigger then I was expecting and she’s lost some muscle now she’s getting older so it swamps her a bit haha
