Yes, ap advantage and disadvantages ke cases me ek hi point ko alag alag tarike se with reason present kar skte hai.. Jaise ki hmne advantage me kaha ki written communication apka time and money save karta hai iska sense kis reason ko leke hai? Iska sense is baat se hai ki written communication ke through ap apni baat kisi distance pe reh rahe person se communite kar skte h like business me meetings hoti hai toh usme apko jarurii hai ki ap sab milke discussion kare ek dusre ke sath toh agra koi confidential baat ko leke discussion haj toh apko us person se milke communicate karna hoga jiske liye apko travel karke uske pass jana hoga isey apka time aur money dono hi waste hoge but agar ap usko email ke through official letter send karke baat communicate kar de toh apka time aur travelling cost dono save hoge

Similarly agar hum isey disadvantage me consider krke toh yeh time consuming aur expensive is liye ho jayega kyuki written communication me apko kafi formalities karni parti hai ap ko timr laga kr pura documentation written format me tayar karna hoga plus agar koi person jo organization me hi hai usey baat convey karni hai toh( apki link aur paper cost , type writer, person to be paid for preparing such documents...)yeh sab bhi lagegei toh comparatively dekhe toh yeh time consuming hai mostly plus kafi na kafi yeh expensive bhi hai ..
