That’s even if we get through the video! This is so laced with commercials that I actually could not tell you what I’ve heard already. I listen while multitasking so I can’t constantly press the skip button and actually listen to the video so eventually at some point, I’m thoroughly frustrated because I’m not retaining or comprehending anything due to the large number of ads and I just turn it off. Maybe you should speak for yourself as to whether or not people like this experience

I haven't been into meditating; I have been journalling since June or July of 2024, and it has been a gamechanger for me. I try to journal daily and to prioritize doing it in the morning, if I can't, I'll get to it either in the afternoon or before bedtime. Virgo Rising, Sagittarius Sun and Moon in Pisces (I listened to the introduction part and Rising and Sun), January hasn't been the best, hasn't been that bad either. I am in search for a job, I've already filled and sent a plethora of applications, and I am hoping for the best. Relationships within the family aren't smooth, mental health is top priority for me. I've been meditating for over a year now every single day and I agree with you - it has changed SO MUCH for me! Not only calmed my mind (I'm Gemini rising so I was in very chaotic mental cycles sometimes) but also helped me to build other routines for holistic healing! Now I have my movement routine, I started to journal regularly, I can calm myself down easier, I've changed the narration I have about myself (finally went to therapy and it helped me so much as well). I'm more present every day and I notice more synchronicity than ever before! I love it and it's now part of my life foundation that I build from. I also started that during my Saturn return! So yeah, very much Saturn in Pisces :D I love it, thank you for sharing!

Aqua rising. I have been feeling this and literally thought this morning how I am tired of not having fun! My cat who is my soulmate is very sick and I don't know how much longer he will be with me.
