Great episode as always. As someone who just established their first warehouse, I would pay to visit the warehouse and see your operations. I'm not a clothing brand but to see the systems you have established would be beneficial for me.. Would love an episode on daily operations for success with your team. Example: times certain ppl arrive, who does what first and how you prepare at the end of the day for a successful next day etc.
