One of the best mental videos I've seen regarding table tennis. Thank you!

When I play against players not as skilled as myself, I focus on different things. First I try to focus on 100% perfect footwork. If I have my opponent completely overmatched I should be able to get to most every ball in good position and put a quality shot on the other side of the table. It also gives me the opportunity to practice shots I wouldn't get the opportunity to do against superior players. How about committing to attempting to loop every long ball, no matter what? Why not if I have little chance to lose the match then it's the perfect time to take that risk or work on any shot in trying to develop?

Footwork is a fantastic idea. I’m not in a place where there are a lot of skilled players, so I’m going to try this. I’ve also focused on doing only one serve and having them get used to it so I can focus on my third ball attack, win or lose.

So 100% true. I learn foot jump, stance, long serve, blocking , chop block, flick, ball placement, creating situation in my mind, against beginner, even reminding me of forehand drill

Good tips 👍🏻 I think my mindset mistake is that I do everything ambidextrous 🙈 so serve, forehand and backhand 😂 have a small short uploaded to it 😄 comes maybe from the fact that I'm actually tennis player
