I don't know about the rest of your but 1994 was a dark time for me. This song only made me feel sadder. 1995 was even worse. 1996 was much better and 1997 was pretty good. 1998 brought more pain but in November I received a blessing and 1999 was great.

Ayo!!!!! This brings me back to Edison NJ Job Corps days. Holding cypers. We used to champ weed in the black n milds. Liquor and beer came through those many holes in the fences. Good times. Jersey held it down on the hip hop scene. Channel Live, Rah Digga, Redman, Lords of the Underground, Das Efx, Fu Schnickenz, Canibus.... So many to name. I miss that era.
