Find it weird that Indianapolis is the 14th largest city in America but no rail transit whatsoever even smaller city’s or cities around the same size have rail transit

St. Louis has a decent start to a transit network, at least to US standards, however Detroit… a metropolitan/combined statistical area that has even MORE population than St. Louis… has next to nothing compared to even Grand Rapids (the latter has BRT). Detroit has a streetcar on Woodward but that appears to be it for now…

And They still don't operate pass Midnight. Many Routes needs to run until 1am with 8-Washington and 10-10th St should run 24 Hours.

Oh now you're talking my language there buddy!! Fighting to get light rail out here in the Iowa IllinoisQuad Cities. We've got the trackage for it. We just need to do it. I keep warning people. These people from the coast are going to start coming here to the Midwest and nobody seems to believe me their days. I feel like I'm crying in the wilderness.

Indianapolis is more of a car town than a mass transit, this goes back to the post war days of the 40's and 50's. Those buses should have been hybrid or natural gas instead.

Truth. Desperately need buses with pantograph for a brief charge every few hours that'll get them going. What's enough to drive anybody Crazy. Is that Boston's taking their electric buses out. The height of stupidity we never learn in this country...drives me nuts.
