The best donghua onnly renegade immortal comes close to it everything else in terms of everything overall is so far behind only other one that i can recommend is shrouding heavens(as of late goes in another not so desirable for me direction but hoping it's just a phase) that is also somewhat of the same quality. Sure Throne/Soul land are great in terms of visuals but story is made for younger audience in my opinion.

I wish the expressions were exaggerated a bit more though, and I wish they used more cell-shading and more artistry to make the donghua look more different from just pretty boy cultivation. However, if they get better hardware in the future the donghua can be refurbished if its done in 3D, upscaling the donghua to 4k and adding super advanced lighting.

Against the Gods is pretty average, that studio has bad reputation of weak at building plot, although they are improving recently. A mortal's journey to Immortality - Best in cultivation donghua with same outstanding graphics and fight scenes. Great donghua no doubt. 3. Soul Land - Easily one of the most captivating donghua ever. known for its phenomenal cultivation system. You won't get bored with this one. Great animation and plot story. Great world building too. 4. Battle through the heavens - Easily one of the top cultivation donghua and great graphics. Storyline is somewhat subpar but you won't get bored with its world building. 5. Perfect World - Good graphics and fight scenes somewhat subpar plot story but nonetheless its world building is great. 6. Demon Hunter - Great Visual effects and fight scenes. 7. Jade Dynasty - Visual Effects and animation is great. It has an elaborate story plot line. The Mc is an AVENGER. Well yeah but swallowed star is coming back next year. Soul land 2 is out but they fucking up it's good but episode 13 and 13 are the same. Then they bragged about what happened in episode 13 leaving us like wtf. I'd watch them if you want something that is gonna take time to watch. If others than the good ones you mentioned, there are also Record of a Mortal's journey to immortality, Ling Cage Incarnation, Big Brother, The Island of Siliang, The Degenerate Drawing Jianghu(season 1-3 CG not that good, improved a lot since season 4), Shrouding the heavens, Throne of Seal, The Demon Hunter, The Ravages of time, The Great Ruler, Immortality, Jade Dynasty, Jun You Yun, Great Journey of Teenagers, Purple River and more... I agree it deserves at least second place the studio that makes martial universe and stellar transformation and BTTH is same and they said that we focus hard on BTTH to make its animation good and better. They said that they focus on BTTH more than all the other anime they make..

I agree. Fighting scenes and scene details are the strongest point of this animation. The weaknesses however are the story line and the not-so-good beauties.

@@btthmaps The story line actually good, just a bit slow because it is a really long novel,way longer than BTTH. The modelling problem is because they use MoCap for facial modelling too, they already ditch it and will improved in the next season. They also has remade of season 1(those 1x eps) that will be coming soon. Next season also will be using Unreal Engine 5 instead of 4 that they are using. Their new donghua that coming soon, Shrouding the heavens already using unreal engine 5. A record of a mortal's journey to immortality and BTTH are among the best. Ling Cage Incarnation, Three Body Problem, The Island of Siliang and Apotheosis also have amazing visuals and CGI.
