I’m going to guess that the person recording is a parent of one of the performers. Not a professional and if this was a competitive event, parents cheering is normal. Per the young ladies dress, there would be rules regarding costume styles with dance style. Also if you pay close attention to the young man, he is not as old as his height makes him appear. There is nothing wrong or creepy about them performing a dance together.

In time she ll be good. Too Jerry. Needs polishing..ballet? Insecure on gymnastic movements..dismounted from partner. Poor, poor costume. A for effort. Movements choppy, no elegance in the arm movements. Give this one a few yrs and she ll be GOOD.
