I'm obviously happy for Zheng's victory, even if I feel a little sorry for Mirra, I had already written that in my opinion Qinwen's biggest flaw is in her head, you can't give the start of the match to your opponent almost every match, you can't win 5 consecutive games and not close with the service against an opponent who is already finished, in any case technically disappointing today, every match is a story in itself, but with Muchova she has to wake up, come on Qinwen and courage Mirra

So Emma Navarro quit her match to an unranked player at the China open, then she races to the Hong Kong open to try and “steal” a win from a weak field, but she loses to another unranked player. She has absolutely no desire to play or win…it’s over for her. Career over. Same thing with Jessica Pegula, she lost to an unranked player at the China open and she raced home to be with mom and dad. Emma and Jessica are scheduled to play in a tennis exhibition at Madison Square Garden soon, it’s a total money grab, I think there is a chance they could be booed by the attending crowd.

It was clearly not a grunt but a post-winner roar However Andreeva did actually get to the ball, so it was not a winner and should have been called a hindrance.

It would be nice if at the end each competitor gave a warm greeting to the opponent, but not all are Ons, everyone experiences defeat in a different way, however they should possibly be called back, perhaps little by little it would become a good habit: Today at the age of 89 Lea Pericoli died, a great Italian tennis player of the 50s, 60s and 70s R.I.P

Usual clowns that are obsessed with handshakes, and whether or not the two competitors go skipping off to the locker room together or not. People with a competitive edge about them aren't always in the best moods 5 SECONDS after losing a close match they feel they should have won. Get over it.

I agree. Even Steffi Graf who was a great champion gave her opponent a very short, cold handshake after losing a match. Similar to most players today..
