About Vikram Sathaye :
After 6½ years as a media executive with organizations like PMG, MTV, and Metalight Films, Vikram’s time with PowerPoint and Excel was over when he realized Yana Gupta’s post-tax income was higher than the CEO’s of most multinational company’s which made him wonder why he had wasted time studying Warren Buffet and Phillip Kotler. So, becoming an item number in the world of cricket was the best available alternative, the rest as they say is history.
The 2004 CEAT Cricket Awards and that amateurish KZbin video gave him his 8 minutes of fame and turned me into a standup comedian. Since then, he has now done over 3000 shows across the world with leading corporates, Bollywood / cricket events, and several TV stints (SET MAX during the World Cup and Champions Trophy, India's Tour of SA on ESPN Star Sports, and the ICC World Cup 2011 on IBN LokMat).
His standup comedy repertoire includes everything from sports, politics, current affairs, and Bollywood, to popular culture and solutions for marital disputes.
He launched his first cricket & humor digital show "WHAT THE DUCK" with VIU some years back and now have 4 seasons with Indian and International cricketers available on the KZbin channel "WHAT THE DUCK WITH VIKRAM SATHAYE”.
He has also authored a Best Seller: How Sachin Destroyed My Life. The book documents his incredible journey of Indian Cricket as he takes us inside dressing rooms, hotels, and the inner thoughts of leading cricketers. With a foreword by Sachin Tendulkar, this book is laced with crackling humour and brimming with interesting anecdotes, insights, quotes, and candid photographs, from cricketing legends.

but he never spun the ball as he played as a spinner but spin was always missing in his career no doubt he was great for indian team never understood how he took wickets without spinning the ball may be was too good at line and lenght to be honest never liked him I myself played cricket as a spinner

Everybody in the comments complaining about the languages they are speaking in cannot be more small-minded. It is crystal clear from their speech which language they're each most comfortable in to be able to express themselves freely and have command over a second or third language of quite basic levels. So they are each speaking in whichever language comes easily to them. Knowing three different Indian languages plus English, to us this interview is a great example for how people of India hailing from different parts manage to have good conversations: by listening and speaking to each other using more than one forced language. Anybody wanting to force just one of these on all is too too small-minded.
