You guys excited for this one? I forgot to mention, I also get a bit of a chocolatey patchouli with a slight dirty vibe in the drydown. Nice and warm. Pleasant even. Hope you enjoy the video :D

Nice review! Have you compared it to Gold Knight? Sebastian from Smelling Great Fragrances seemed to prefer Gold Knight, mostly because it was stronger and had the same liquorice and patchouli thing, but honey instead of sugar. I have Gold Knight and it is quite strong, one the anise disappears you are left with something that smells similar to the dry down of PDM Carlisle - which is tonka bean/patchouli.

I like gold night a lot, but they are totally different. Gold Knight is a dirty honey and I like it... yes the dry down does remind me a bit of Carlisle! Opening and mid are very unique, but the dry down is familiar.

I tried this one (and Apple Brandy on the rocks) at Neiman Marcus and decided not to purchase either. This one is better than AB, and both are unique; however, wasn't something worth picking up. I think Angel's Share is still the best out of the Liquor line.

Angel's Share has a really sexy cinnamon boozy opening for sure, although it does remind me of a lot of fragrances. I like L'Heure because for the most part, it doesn't, although the dry down is similar to Calisle.

Im a Kilian fan, but i dont think these last to releases are for me. I dont like the original apple brandy

It's ok, but I'm not super interested in ABOTR. This one is nice. I like it, although, the drydown is a bit familiar. I will try and sample ABOTR, but that's about as far as it will likely go. Try Single Malt!! Still the best :D
