WTF DID I RECORD???

(No. This isn't some creepypasta or ARG. I think it was just something I did that caused this audio to come into existence)
So back in 2022, I tried recording audio from the "Mr Incredible becoming uncanny" meme to use for my own version of it...somehow I ended up with this audio instead.
I don't remember what exactly led to this kind of audio, but I'm pretty sure I failed trying to recreate it a couple of times.
If anyone knows how I got such audio, could you explain what caused it?
