Cool video. Would be cooler if it told me something I needed to know about Zendesk. Is this a koan? The zen in Zendesk? We do what it is we do, and help support our customers by helping them with what we do.

I am literally sitting in a launch meeting. I had the invite to the launch and I thought it was a wellness thing. Imagine my surprise when I learned we werent having a nice one hour breather. That said, looks interesting.

I've been watching Zendesk videos for the last half hour- trying to decide if we should implement it in my company. I have to say, any video created by Zendesk is talking me right out of using it. I mean seriously, what little information. And the title of this video- very unprofessional.

Zendesk, from my own experience is NOT making customer engagement "cool" at all. In fact, if you have problems with one of the apps they "support" it is a clusterf*#k of automated FAQ lists, and DIT worthy "help" guides as your only option to troubleshoot. If I wanted to burn through my bandwidth of brain power to learn how THEIR platform works, then I should get compensated for the time it would take to get my app to work propertly. Instead, I get charged a subscription fee and bascially presented with options that would leave any intellegent person banging their head against the wall in frusterationg. Do better, Zendesk.
