They are not Predacons, Predacons are pre-historic Cybertonian creatures, in TFP shockwave brought them back. The villains in this movie are Terrorcons, in the g1 they were under Galvatron's command but in this movie they are under unicron's command. They could also be undead transformers just like in the TFP series.

Skurge is a badass character. In g1 he was part of thunder cracker. Than he became copy version of optimus prime and with a new badass name nemesis prime. Also there was a predicon incarnation in cybetron robots in disguise series. There are two types of predicon . In g1 predicon were the maximals combined.

Yes, for the time being. They have experimented with different voice actors, for ex. Jake Foushee (Transformers WFC Netflix series) he did an amazing job at it! Alan Tudyk, who played the human character "Dutch" in Dark of the Moon is playing Prime in the series called Transformers Earthspark. But for movies, our entire fandom wants Peter to stay!
