Play Ksante with Hullbreaker + Morde, KSante makes great use of all of the stats it gives and you can easily guarantee the isolation with morde

The reason you sucked so hard early - Vlad is super cdr hungry, you must go orb and lucidity for CD. With those you could spam Q MUCH faster and heal MUCH more

Doesn't work it's a crit but only visually if you have jeweled gauntlet then it does even more dmg after the crit and then it would work
