Axe's culling blade health threshold is at 275 at lvl 6 and since 7.33 Medusa's strength has been reduced to 0 with no str gain per level. Meaning she only gains 0.25 health per level and since this player didn't buy any raw health items to help against that her base health falls under Axe's threshold so instadeath LOL
