Thanks for watching! It wasn’t mentioned in the video but at 18:26, the plastic cover by the seat controls is over a 120v Outlet!

You didn't talk about the "power console" . . theres a small switch up near the round knob to open the rear hatch. There's a hidden drawer in there when it opens up, too.

I’ve never been a fan of tan interiors but this one looks great with that exterior red. Really nice combo with the wood trim.

Chevrolet provided nice entry floorboard lighting for the driver and back second seat passengers. However, they forgot about the front seat passenger as no floorboard LED lighting is present. A defect on their part !

I just don't understand how adaptive cruise control isn't standard for such an expensive vehicle. I understand super cruise being exclusive to top trims for the hands free lane changing literally driving itself, we get it.... But c'mon even my Honda Odyssey comes with adaptive cruise standard which is all people need for long road trips! Decelerating and accelerating to maintain a safe following distance should be standard for any vehicle with front sensors.... Lol GM why half a$$?? Offering lane keep assist, w/o adaptive cruise is idiotic.

A couple of design and ergonomic comments. Design: great design. Still think the lower front air dams could be filled with fog lamps but whatever. Amber rear turn signals is a positive….. Contrasting colors for turn, signal and reverse lights should be mandatory but whatever. I am not a fan of all the Chrome on the Premier and HC. Ideally offer a Z71 Grille for Premier or offer Driver Alert Package (Enhanced….(HUD). To the Z71. Preferably the latter. Having both the 5.3 and 6.2 the 6.2 is definitely a better choice. The MPG ratings are close enough and the performance is definitely felt. Ergonomics: Infotainment Screen: Enough about the cheap aftermarket design and look of the screen itself instead of building the dashboard around the screen. Clock: the clock and temperature are to the far right of the screen. Either font needs to be bigger and bolder and preferably moved to the center of the screen. Contrasting colors too much white text on lighter display backgrounds…..white on black fine but white on light blue…not on so much. Wireless Charging: bad design I can think of about half dozen ways that the charging pad, phone or both can short out or possibly cause either failure or worse fire. Either move the pad to a different area or provide a folding cover for when charging in progress….after all you shouldn’t be using phone while driving …unless hands free. Fortunately my 23 was one of the ones that still had the $50 or whatever it was customer credit. Sliding Center Console: if you have the option the ergonomics are terrible…..the control switch is on the overhead console….. but, not marked or lighted. The only switch on the overhead console that is not marked or illuminated. The switch needs to be moved to the lower, or even dashboard. Outside of that have a lockout feature that prevents the operation of the console unless totally parked. Even with all the above quirks….still probably the best full size SUV for the money. Multiple trim levels, most have pretty common features both safety and convenience and available across most if not all trim levels. If you build and price a Premier with 6.2 and equivalent load out…and Yukon Denali……my Premier came in about $4K less…..note pay close attention compare markups. A GMC dealer might not have markup but Chevy can that could skew the results. Even in 2021 before shortages and markups my Premier was about $10K less than Denali…….$5K less than High Country at that time! Great review and detailed. Unless your off-road happy there is probably not that much call for Z71 in Florida….then again I am not off-road happy and I got a Z71 in North TX…..mainly to help blacken out some of the excessive Chrome…..then I realized….I don’t see the Chrome from inside and went back to the Premier….with the 6.2 this time.

Does someone have an idea of how much noticeable chain is their with the air suspension. We test drove the premium taboe so no air suspension and it felt great and liked it but dont have a basis of what the air suspension feels like so cant tell if it’s noticeably smoother etc. We are stuck on a Z71 loaded up but know we are giving up adaptive cruise and enhanced emergency and parking assist but on the premier you get all those niceties for daily driving but lose out on the air suspension

They need a better dash.. and front cab it seems outdated .. that’s the only reason why I am on the fence .. I was all in and then the 2023 palisade popped up on my feed. Being that it’s just me I may consider the palisade bc their features are top both .. for the calligraphy I would pay almost $20k lest… Chevy has disappointed me with the interior.. they need a major overhaul.. but it’s still my favorite truck after suburban .. but the outdated features disappoints me .. I have a Tahoe and my suburban in my fleet .. all three years old .. I expected a BIG BANG .. the inside is everything .. but the outside is stuck in time 😢

Dude that s a 6.2 liter engine. I lost all respect for you. Quad exhausts only come with 6.2 liter.

No, it is a 5.3 . . it is printed on top of the window sticker that he showed us. BOTH gas engines in the Premier have the quad exhaust tips. The only single ( hidden ) exhaust is on the diesel engine. Also, when he let us hear the exhaust up close, it would have had a "deeper" sound if it was the 6.2.
