Not everything is about roughing the passer or normal penalties the refs can affect the game in other ways such as not calling a penalty when there should be one so your stat is a little misleading. Although I think the Chiefs and Bills get an equal amount of ref bias so did the patriots and the packers with rodgers at times, great qbs will get ref bias that's always how its been but it shouldn't take away from how great Mahomes is when he consistently makes crucial third down passes all game long.
