Have to be prepared even if your younger and think this could never happen to you it can simple slip and fall can render you disabled. I have a Personal locating beacon device clips on to your cloths when we go where cell phones don't work I bring it. They are about $300 but worth the money no monthly charge only use them when it's a real emergency.
