I just recently heard Within Temptation for the first time, and I'm blown away. I've always been a metalhead, but more 80's heavy metal. Forgive me everyone if I'm late in getting to this point, but better late then never. This just may be one of the greatest bands of all time. If it's not already happened without my knowing, I'd love to see Within Temptation, Nightwish, Tarja Turunen, and Delain all in one show. Ive been around for a long time, but I don't think any other combination of four bands could compare to this line up.

I discovered Within Temptation some 20 years ago when I bought Mother Earth. This has been one of my favorite songs, and favorite bands of course, ever since. The song is so dynamic. Love to see it's still played live despite it's age.

I found WT back in 2001 when a friend leant me her WT CD and I was instantly inlove with Sharon on the Mother Earth CD. I have been hooked on this band ever since. Sharon is my vocal hero and remains as my inspiration for my band.

I just love this band. I’ve seen them live 2 times. Once in a small venue in Louisville Ky and in New York City. At the concert in NYC when they played the song Deceiver of Fools, it was superb live version. I just remember being in aww of that particular song. My son said the same thing.

man, time flies. the Mother Earth Tour DVD came out when my age was still in the single digits! I grew up listening to Mother Earth during car rides with my dad (thank you dad for letting me grow up with this AMAZING band) and still have a lot of nostalgia for all of the songs on that album. definitely going to check out the rest of the Tour now!

As much as I still love this band, I have to admit I really miss the 'Mother Earth' era - there was just something truly magical about their sound at that time, with Sharons vocals, the symphonic sound and the more celtic/fantasy lyrics, and id forgotten how much i used to love Sharons fairytale-style gowns that she wore on stage at that time
