As someone who doesn't watch the streams but watches the records, can someone explain how certain killers are triggered? I'm kind of confused how he knows to avoid Lucas, who noir is, etc.

I haven't played the game since it first released, so I might be wrong or some stuff might be outdated, but to the best of my memory there are fivekillers, Lucas, Noir, the Breather, the Doll Maker, and the police. It seems like they are all automatically activated in this hard mode, besides the Doll Maker. They just appear randomly Lucas is an Agent 47 looking hitman that will pick the lock to your room and shoot you in your face unless you hide from him, which is why Dist is silent for so much of this video, he's trying to hear the lock being picked by Lucas so that he can hide in the closet. I'm not sure what kind of hitman breaks into the same room every ten minutes, but regardless, he can attack you in your room or randomly in the stairwell after you open a door, which is one reason why leaving the room to get the packages he needs is so dangerous. He also steals a bit of your money every time he comes in unless you turn the computer off now I believe. Noir is the masked dude that appears randomly throughout the run, he spawns all over the place and if you see him you have to turn away for 10 (?) seconds and just pretend not to see him. If you stare at him or walk towards him, his associate comes up behind you and kills you. They become more aggressive with the lights off as well. The Breather is the main reason throughout the run he is afraid of going outside to get the packages, because the Breather only attacks in the alleyway. He has an audio cue when you go out into the alley to let you know he's coming, and to make sure he doesn't kill you you have to hide in the little room there and hold the door closed whenever he tries to open it. It's rough because of how quickly you have to react, and how quickly the stamina bar drains while holding the door shut, and how subtle the door being opened by him is. He's just a real dick all around. The Doll Maker is a secret killer that doesn't show up unless you do the quest Dist doesn't do in this video, so I'll skip him The police hunt down your apartment if you stay on one WiFi network for too long, which is why he hops between them and shuts it off every time he leaves the desk.

i saw this recently, but who sees this, share this tip. you only need the lights near your table, and in the bathroom - when you have to run and hide, you turn off your computer, then as your going to the bathroom, turn off the light near your table, turn off the light in the bathroom and when you have to come back, just turn on the necessary lights. p.s - this may be a problem cause of noir, 'cuz it ca be hard seeing them, but it works well with swat and lucas kumiega

Motion sensors are too expensive, dist was saving for the key scanner thing or whatever it's called. Delaying any more would be stupid and that many backdoor hacks would be useless because you can't force hacks on 1337 mode

Glad that you have me here and first one on this comment noone wants to answer you... so answering your question to that you can see that he have 2 keys and he is about to find the third one... basically he will turn left everytime he clicks on sites so that he know when window will be open... if window is open there is a key on that site and the game tells you that you got 3 keys already... if you dont have, you missed 1 or 2.... its been 1 month how did your run goes in wttg btw ? :)))
