WTXF - 5pm News - 2009

This is a little bit of a project: all the current Philadelphia-area news opens.
This is the current open for WTXF, aired 7/13/2009. They refreshed their graphics a few months ago as Fox tightened their standardization even more, instituting a graphics hub. The new stuff is cleaner-looking than the old but they haven't worked out all the kinks yet. I capped a few minutes of actual newscast so you get an idea of what the redone graphics look like on TXF.
The 5pm news is co-anchored by Thomas Drayton and Kerri-Lee Halkett. Drayton co-anchors the 10pm news with Dawn Stensland, and Halkett sort of randomly appears throughout the 10pm news.

I've seen the "play button" theme on FOX Charlotte, but... here? Though, they DID tidy-up the graphics.

Well, it seems that Tristan Bresnan designed most of these graphic variations of the FOX O&O graphics.

Kerri-Lee Halkett's sister is a news anchor for Al Jazeera English in Washington. It's kind of funny that the two of them don't look alike at all.
