WTYM Radio, Tampa, 11-24-1981, Jim Genovese Aircheck

This is part of a Jim Genovese music program on WTYM, Tampa, back on the morning of 11-24-1981. You can tell that the station played a pleasant mixed variety of music, from old to new, all brought forth by their "Tyme (Time) Machine". (On this aircheck, only a sample of the music is included, to respect music owners' copyrights. This unfortunately does detract from the sound of the aircheck, for which I apologize.)

Thanks, Dan Perez. This was a short-lived format. Before and after this format's period, the station was (and continues to be) a Spanish and Italian-language station. This "tyme" format was just a grain in the sand of time! Appreciate your comment -
