Just like typical Hollywood style where celebrities don’t reveal health issues for fear of not being able to get insurance during their work on projects. These injuries can last a lifetime and lead to painkiller addiction.

The way these actors constantly have to watch their weight and the men have to stay lean but muscular, can be hard on their body, especially with all the props of flying in the air, having to repeatedly lift the female lead, etc. It’s no surprise that they actually can be easily injured. The women have to stay under 40 kg and that certainly can lead to anorexic behavior and weakening of their bones.
